Refund and Returns Policy for Ogtopix

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories or documentation that came with the product. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
- Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment. Ensure that all parts, accessories, and documentation are included.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: In cases where the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is tracked.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to certain items, such as those that were opened or damaged. This fee will be deducted from your refund, and you will be notified in advance if it applies.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we may issue a partial refund depending on the extent of the damage.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We will process the return for your original item and issue a refund as described.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds
