1. Eligibility for Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you received your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Certain types of goods are non-returnable. These include:
- Items marked as “final sale.”
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at ogtopix@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on where to send your returned item. Please do not send your item back without approval.
- Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning part of an order, only the price of the returned item will be refunded.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please do the following:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at ogtopix@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage. Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the defective item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Perishable goods.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Health and personal care items.
- Items that have been personalized.
7. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
8. International Orders
For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for international orders will be issued for the product only, not the shipping or customs fees.
