Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer multiple shipping options, including Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method.

  • Most orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

⏱ Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g. customs delays, holidays, weather conditions).

  • Domestic Orders (within Asia): 3–7 business days

  • Australia & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Other International Destinations (if available): 10–20 business days

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery time

We will promptly investigate the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or a store credit, depending on the circumstances.

⚠️ We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs processes may also delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.
