Return & Exchange Policy

At Ogtopix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless, safe, and secure.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7–14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all original tags, stickers, and seals intact.

  • The product must be in a re-sellable condition (free of stains, marks, odors, or damages caused by the customer).

  • Items on clearance or purchased with heavy discounts (flash sales, seasonal offers, etc.) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Used makeup products (e.g., lipsticks, mascaras, foundations)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

Steps to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email our Customer Service at contact@ogtopix.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear photos showing the condition of the item (especially if it is damaged or defective).

  3. Await our review and return authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Policy:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Ogtopix will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong shade), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. Ogtopix is not liable for lost return parcels.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue store credit or a bank transfer, where applicable.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer a one-time exchange for eligible products.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit, based on your preference.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

We do our best to ensure that every order is carefully checked and packed. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no additional cost.

Processing Time:

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
